As a patient, you are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful medical records, histories, and personal information necessary for coordination. You must consult with your local primary healthcare physician before embarking on cross-border travel for medical procedures.
We operate under a transparent direct-billing model. Quotes provided are estimates direct from the partner hospitals. You will pay medical costs directly to the hospital in Vietnam. MediHubVietnam does not add markups or hidden service fees to hospital treatment costs.
MediHubVietnam shall not be held liable for any medical malpractice, clinical complications, surgical outcomes, or dissatisfaction resulting from treatments received at partner hospitals. Any disputes regarding medical care must be resolved directly with the medical institution that performed the procedure under the laws of Vietnam.
